Totals are inaccurate: Analysis Recalculation

Analyses are an inter-connected set of data, and calculations.  Often times changing one category will require dozens of other to be updated.  PlanGuru updates these amounts by re-calculating the analysis.   When changes are made the analysis is re-calculated automatically; however some sequences of events require a manual re-calculation.

When the analysis doesn't automatically recalculate subtotals, class totals and yearly totals can be inaccurate.  Analyses can be manually recalculated in one of two ways. 

1. Go to Edit>Analysis Setup and simply clicking the OK button on the "Change Analysis Setup" window.

2. Save changes to your analysis, close out of the application and re-open the analysis.
