Setup Method

The Setup method screen will give you two options:

1. Add a blank template -

 Select this option when you are starting from scratch.

2. Copy an existing PlanGuru analysis -

Select this option when you want to copy another analysis that has already been created, or if you must change a setup option that cannot be updated in the analysis you had previously built (for example the First projected year & "Actuals" settings cannot be updated in an analysis that is already built)

By selecting this option you can use a previously created analysis as a template. Accounts, and forecasting methods will be inherited in the new analysis, you will also have the option of bringing along historical data and actual results.
