Remove Does Field Exist code from Mass Imports
Remove code added to update Options table with Source and ExcelFile fields. The code was added in January and April 2019; it should not be needed anymore. It can cause problems with Dropbox users.

Allow to change on Xero Expense accounts due to Xero issue with the report API

Add Analysis options available throughout

Fixed Bug when adding a Consolidation using VAT
If you try to add a new Consolidation and check the Use VAT checkbox on the add screen you no longer get an invalid index error message.
