Security - Security is now enabled for additional users ability to add new Companies and Analyses, only the Admin can now add new Companies and Analyses

Trends & Averages method - Method selections now properly reloading
Average Days to Pay - All Categories are now being displayed properly
Archive Budget - Unlocking archive budget amounts now unlocking cash and retained earnings.
Revenue Sheet - incorrect message is no longer appearing when historical year is added
Xero Import - Fixed ability to import from Xero by tracking id
Move Category - Total operating income is no longer hidden during move category
Payroll - FICA wage base on Payroll Tax form updated
Changes to VAT/GST tax calculation - GST/VAT cash method updated
