Release Notes: PlanGuru Desktop v8.0.0.21

• VAT issue - Unexpected rows in the analysis were causing the VAT tax computation to not work correctly.  Code was added to catch and delete the unexpected rows.
• Growth rate method - When using the growth rate in an analysis where all years were set up on an annual basis, the computations were not working correctly.  This was happening because V12 of the spread control was behaving differently than previous spread control.
• Manual Entry method - This method was not behaving correctly on the balance sheet when entering amounts directly into the analysis.  Again, this was happening because V12 of the spread control was behaving differently than previous spread control.
• Cash Flow - Even though the cash flow was correct, the listing of non-cash items was not showing as netting to zero because the sign of non-cash items in the revenue section was not being reversed. This has been corrected.
