# QuickBooks Import Error -2147010895

PlanGuru Customers,

From time to time customers will get the following error message while attempting to import from QuickBooks:

Here is one potential resolution, however it's importantly please ensure that PlanGuru and Quickbooks are installed on the same machine.

When Planguru is installed, we install the QuickBooks component necessary to communicate with QuickBooks. Sometimes, the component doesn't get properly installed and we'll see the sort of error you're having. QuickBooks also provides a standalone installer for the component that you can download and install from our website at
