# Populating ARA Report Dates - Excel's "End of Month" Formula

Excel's "End of Month" formula is a very useful function when building reports & populating dates in the Advanced Reporting Add-In.

The function allows you to speed up the process of populating dates in your report, and allows you to make reports that are more dynamic.  With report dates built using this formula you can update all the dates in your report by updating one "starting" or "report" date.

See the attached spreadsheet for a demonstration of how the "End of Month" formula can be used.
