[Company Management](https://help.planguru.com/knowledge/planguru-app-online?hsLang=en#company-management) # Delete a Scenario, Project, or Company     There may be times when you want to permanently delete a scenario, project, or company — for example, when: - A client engagement has ended. - A financial plan is no longer relevant. - You want to free up space in your account. --- ### ⚠️ Important Reminder Once deleted, a **Scenario, Project, or Company cannot be recovered**. Always make sure you are certain before confirming a deletion. --- ### 1️⃣ Deleting a Scenario 1. Open the **Scenario** file. 2. Click the **Settings icon**. 3. Select **Delete Scenario**. 4. Delete all scenarios within the project. 2. From the **Home Page**, hover over the project to view the Trash icon. 3. Click the **Trash icon**. 4. Delete all projects inside the company. 2. From the **Home Page**, hover over the project to view the Trash icon. 3. Click the **Trash icon**. 4.
