Delete a Scenario, Project, or Company

There may be times when you want to permanently delete a scenario, project, or company — for example, when:

  • A client engagement has ended.

  • A financial plan is no longer relevant.

  • You want to free up space in your account.

⚠️ Important Reminder

Once deleted, a Scenario, Project, or Company cannot be recovered.
Always make sure you are certain before confirming a deletion.

3️⃣ Deleting a Company

To delete a company, you must first delete all projects within it.

  1. Delete all projects inside the company.

  2. From the Home Page, hover over the project to view the Trash icon.

  3. Click the Trash icon.

  4. Confirm your choice.

4️⃣ Advisor Account Considerations

  • Advisor accounts include 3 client company slots.

  • Adding a 4th client company incurs an additional charge (see pricing at planguru.com).

  • To avoid extra charges:

    • Delete an old company first,

    • Then add a new one in its place.
