      PlanGuru Analytics - User roles and privileges

      PlanGuru Analytics has three types of users:  Subscription Administrative User, Company Administrative User(s) and Company Regular User(s).  Each type of user is allowed to conduct different activities within the application.

       

      Subscription Administrative User (SAU)

      The user that created the PlanGuru Analytics subscription will automatically be the SAU.    There can only be one SAU per subscription; however the SAU user name and password can be changed.

      SAU Privileges:

      1. Add/Change/Delete companies/analyses
      2. Add/Change/Delete users
      3. Reset user passwords
      4. Create personal dashboard for analysis
      5. Give other users the permission to access companies and analyses
      6. Manage the subscription

       

      Company Regular User (CRU)

      The Company Regular User can only view data they have been granted access to and have no additional permissions within PlanGuru Analytics.   An unlimited number of CRUs can be added to a subscription.

      CRU Privileges:

      1. Access companies/analyses he/she has given permission
      2. Create personal dashboard for analyses they have access to

       

      Company Administrative User (CAU)

      Company Administrative users have some additional privileges over CRUs allowing them to help with the privilege management of Analysis files within the Companies they've been granted access to.  Subscriptions can have multiple Company Administrative users. 

      CAU Privileges:

      1. Access companies/analyses he/she has given permission
      2. Grant Company Regular Users ( CRUs) that have access to the current company access to analyses
      3. Create personal dashboard for analyses they have access to
