The security of your company data is as important to us as it is to you. The cloud provider for PlanGuru Analytics is Rackspace. They are an industry leader in hybrid cloud computing and are ISO 27001:2005 Certified. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is the standard for Information Technology security management and is designed to ensure the implementation of adequate security controls.
All PlanGuru Analytics pages require SSL (secure sockets layer) for access. SSL is a cryptographic protocol designed to provide secure communications over the Internet.
Personal/Billing Information
Credit card transactions are not processed on PlanGuru servers. The cardholder data passes directly from the customer browser to Recurly and PayPal service merchant providers both of which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
In addition PlanGuru Analytics does not store any customer credit card information in its databases or on its servers.
Company Data
All company data is protected with appropriate authorization and authentication controls using user identifiers and passwords. All user passwords are stored in encrypted format.
In addition, all customer information that can tie financial data to a specific company is stored in an encrypted format.
